Adding this section will ensure better alignment with real-world setup costs and provide more transparency in the investment analysis.

Visibility of Key Metrics

The student noted that while "total operating expenses" are shown, key metrics such as:

are not clearly displayed or are difficult to find.

These should be included more prominently in the Final Analysis view.

Acceptance Criteria:

- Add a dedicated Furniture Budget line item as part of initial investment breakdown.

- Ensure this input is factored into CoC Return calculations.

- Confirm that the Updated Revenue Potential, CoC Return, and other core metrics are visible and labeled in the final summary or analysis view.

- Layout should be user-friendly and reviewed for clarity.

- QA checks to ensure all calculations update dynamically with changes in input values.
